The Golden Angels Senior Lunch & Learn Program invites senior women aged 60 and older in Cape Girardeau County to join our vibrant community. We meet at Linden Apartments 1105 Linden Street, Cape Girardeau, MO
Each Thursday, the Golden Angels gather for an enriching and enjoyable experience. Some days begins with an engaging educational presentation, offering insights into topics like health, wellness, or life skills tailored to seniors. Or we roll up our sleeves for creative crafts or interactive projects that spark joy and creativity.
Next, it’s time for fun and laughter as we dive into social games like BINGO or other group activities that keep us entertained and connected. As lunchtime approaches, everyone shares a potluck meal, bringing their favorite dishes to enjoy together in a spirit of camaraderie and community.
Throughout the year, the Golden Angels also embark on exciting field trips and take part in local community events, providing even more opportunities to explore and connect.
Whether you’re seeking resources, companionship, or simply a fun way to spend your Thursdays, learn, make friends, or simply have fun, the Golden Angels are ready to welcome you with open arms and invite you to join their vibrant community.
