Alexander/Pulaski Counties NAACP to Host Martin Luther King Breakfast

The Alexander/Pulaski Counties NAACP is set to host its annual Martin Luther King Breakfast on January 20, 2025, at Meridian High School, 1401 Mounds Road, Mounds, IL. The event will commence at 9 a.m. and promises to be a memorable occasion filled with inspiration, music, and community recognition.

This breakfast serves as a fundraiser for scholarships aimed at graduating seniors from high schools in Alexander and Pulaski counties. The scholarships will provide much-needed financial assistance to students pursuing higher education, ensuring that the next generation of leaders has the opportunity to succeed.
